How to set up an appointment?
To set up an appointment we need an address, email, phone number and credit card number to keep on file. Once complete you will be locked in for an appointment. You will be receiving an email confirmation shortly after being locked in, and a text from the technician meeting you when they are on the way! We will also send a 48 hour advance reminder ahead of the appointment in case there need to be any emergency reschedules. Earlier reminders can be sent as well upon request (example week, or month in advance)
Due to the nature of piano uniqueness and complexity, times scheduled may run a bit longer or shorter than anticipated. Technicians may be a little earlier or later to the scheduled appointment, however they will let you know as soon as they can!
What payment do we accept?
Cash, Check, Card, or Zelle. We do not accept Venmo or CashApp at this time. We do require a card on file, but will only charge for cancellations or other issues. *see policy at bottom of page. Credit and Debit cards will incur a 4% fee.
What is proper piano maintenance?
Pianos should be tuned twice a year. The pounds of pressure for all of the strings wound on the piano have enough strength to lift a small car! If the piano needs a pitch correction it should be a one time thing needed to get the piano in the proper condition to maintain a tuning.
Pianos also need to be kept clean regularly and regulated as well, feel free to call and ask us about this!
Hours of operation?
We work Monday through Saturday, and are closed Sunday.
